Tussen 1880 en 1884 bouwde Forster & Andrews een nieuw orgel voor de Holy Trinity Church in Leamington Spa. In 1914 werd het door Hill, Norman & Beard uitgebreid met een vierde manuaal. In 1923 is het door dezelfde firma verplaatst binnen de kerk. In 1939 is het herbouwd door Rushworth & Dreaper. De firma Henry Willis & Sons wijzigde in 1955 de intonatie. In 1973 volgde een revisie en herintonatie door dezelfde firma. In 2011 restaureerde Peter Spencer het Solo Organ nadat het 10 jaar onbespeelbaar was geweest.
De toetstractuur van het orgel is elektro-pneumatisch. De registertractuur is elektrisch en het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
