In 1872 bouwde Hunter een nieuw orgel met gedecoreerde frontpijpen voor de Royal Garrison Church in Portsmouth-Southsea (Hampshire). Het is later uitgebreid door James Ivimey. Nog weer later is het gerenoveerd, omgebouwd en uitgebreid door A.H. Stanton. Hierbij werd een nieuwe pneumatische tractuur aangelegd en werden er kegelladen geplaatst. In 1969 restaureerde Henry Willis & Sons het orgel. Daarbij werd de dispositie gewijzigd. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
