- Casavant bouwde in 1918 opus 757. Hierbij werd gebruik gemaakt van materiaal van het vorige orgel, gebouwd door de firma S.R. Warren in 1885. Dit orgel was gebouwd voor een kerk in Québec Ville, en werd in 1899 in Caplan geplaatst. Nadat het orgel in Caplan was vervangen door een nieuw orgel van Casavant gebruikte deze firma delen van het oude instrument bij de bouw van het orgel in Cap-Saint-Ignace.
- Het elektro-pneumatische kegelladen-orgel is grotendeels zonder wijzigingen bewaard gebleven. In de loop van de tijd is wel de Dulciane 8′ van het Positif vervangen door een Larigot 1 1/3′.
- Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
