In 1863 bouwde Joseph William Walker een nieuw orgel met gedecoreerde pijpen voor de Hospital Chapel of Saint Cross with Saint Faith in Winchester. In 1902 is het door J.W. Walker & Sons uitgebreid met een Choir. Dezelfde firma bouwde het in 1907 om en breidde het uit met een aantal registers en octaafkoppels. De tractuur van het kegelladen-orgel is pneumatisch. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf. De stemmingstemperatuur is evenredig zwevend.
