In 1833 bouwde William Pilcher een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel met 8 stemmen, 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Church of Saint Mary in Alverstoke (Hampshire) UK. In 1869 werkte Hunter aan het orgel. In 1894 maakte Norman & Beard het orgel schoon. Hill, Norman & Beard breidde het instrument uit tot 37 stemmen, 3 manualen en een vrij pedaal en bouwde het orgel om tot pneumatische tractuur en kegelladen. In 1939 werd het orgel nogmaals omgebouwd door dezelfde firma. In 1975 is het gerestaureerd en schoongemaakt door een onbekende orgelmaker. In 1998 restaureerde Griffiths & Cooper het instrument waarbij nieuwe elektro-magnetische tractuur is aangelegd. Een aantal stemmen zijn als unit gebouwd. De letters A, B, C, D en E verwijzen naar de stamregisters.

SWELL (C – a3) 58 TOETSEN (ENCLOSED): Open Diapason 8′, Rohr Flote 8′, Gamba 8′, Echo Salicional 8′, Voix Celeste 8′, Principal 4′, Fifteenth 2′, Mixture III (15.19.22), Contra Fagotto 16′ D, Horn 8′, Oboe 8′, Tremulant.
PEDAL (C – f1) 30 TOETSEN: Acoustic Bass 32′ A, Open Diapason 16′ A, Bourdon 16′ B, Echo Bourdon 16′ C, Octave 8′ A, Bass Flute 8′ B, Contra Fagotto 16′ D.
KOPPELINGEN: Swell to Pedal, Swell to Great, Swell to Choir, Swell octave to Great, Swell suboctave to Great, Swell octave, Swell suboctave, Swell unison off, Choir to Pedal, Great to Pedal.
SPEELHULPEN: 6 thumb pistons to each manual; 6 toe pistons to Pedal; 6 toe pistons duplicating Swell pistons; 8 general pistons; reversible thumb pistons gt-pd, sw-gt, sw-ch; Toe pistons for Sw-Gt, Gt-Pd; Great and Pedal pistons coupled.
