In 1878 bouwde Hill & Son een nieuw orgel met 3 klavieren voor de Church of Saint Mark in Leamington Spa-Milverton. Het instrument werd in 1951 omgebouwd door Hill, Norman & Beard. In 1993 volgde een kleine verbouwing waarbij de speeltafel werd vervangen door een verplaatsbare speeltafel met setzer systeem. Ook werd op sommige plekken het leer van balgen en windkanalen vervangen. De tractuur van het sleepladen-orgel is elektrisch en het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
