Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania, Irvine Auditorium – Curtis Sequicentennial Organ

  • Het orgel van het Irvine Auditorium van Pennsylvania University is in 1926 gemaakt door de Austin Organ Company voor de United States Sesquicentennial Celebration in Philadelphia. Het is het grootste orgel dat door de firma in één keer gebouwd werd. Het is in 1929 geplaatst in het nieuwe Irvine Auditorium.
  • Vanwege een restauratie van het auditorium is het orgel in 1997 gedemonteerd. Austin restaureerde hierna het orgel grondig. In 2003 werd het orgel weer herplaatst en in gebruik genomen met bespelingen door Walt Strony en Ken Cowan.
