Brindley & Foster bouwde in 1874 een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel met 33 stemmen, 3 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor het Saint Thomas Hospital in London (Westminster) Middlesex, UK. De toetstractuur van het Great en het Swell zijn later pneumatisch gemaakt.
