James J. Binns bouwde omstreeks 1888 een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel met 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Church of Saint Alban the Martyr in Leeds. In 1940 is deze kerk gesloten. Hierna werd het orgel door J.J. Binns, Fitton & Haley overgeplaatst naar de Church of Saint Wilfrid in Leeds (Halton). De tractuur is daarbij pneumatisch gemaakt. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf. Het orgel heeft tegenwoordig 14 stemmen.

KOPPELINGEN: Swell to Pedal, Swell to Great, Swell octave to Great, Swell suboctave to Great, Swell octave, Swell suboctave, Great to Pedal.
SPEELHULPEN: 3 thumb pistons to Swell, duplicated with toe pistons; 2 thumb pistons to Great & Pedal, duplicated with Toe Pistons; Reversible Thumb Piston for gt-pd.
