Robert Spurden Rutt bouwde in 1909 een nieuw pneumatisch springladen-orgel met 16 (13) stemmen, 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Church of Saint John the Baptist in Little Missenden (Buckinghamshire) UK. In 1948 bouwde de firma Harrison & Harrison uit Durham het instrument om. In 1969 is het gerestaureerd en omgebouwd door dezelfde firma. Daarbij is een nieuwe vrijstaande speeltafel geplaatst. Deze speeltafel werd in 1971 verplaatst naar de noordzijde van het schip van de kerk. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
