Het orgel in de Church of Saint Mary Magdalene in Warboys is in 1901 gebouwd door Harrison & Harrison en in 1947 door dezelfde firma gerestaureerd en uitgebreid. In 2007 plaatste W. A. Boggis het instrument over naar de andere kant van de kerk. Ook heeft is de kas opnieuw gelakt in een lichtere kleur.
