Hancock bouwde in 1783 een nieuw huisorgel met mechanische tractuur en sleepladen voor Nethersole House (Kent). Het was het eigendom van John Marsh. Het heeft later in diverse huizen gestaan. In 1863 is het in Bleasby Vicarage geplaatst. In 1869 werd het door Gray & Davison omgebouwd tot kerkorgel en overgeplaatst naar de Church of Saint Mary the Virgin in Bleasby (Nottinghamshire). De frontpijpen zijn gedecoreerd. Cousans restaureerde het orgel in 1988. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
