J.J. Binns bouwde omstreeks 1900 een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel met gedecoreerde frontpijpen voor de Fawcett Road Methodist Church in Portsmouth (Hampshire). De toetstractuur van het pedaal is pneumatisch. De kerk is in een onbekend jaar gesloten. Het orgel is daarna door een onbekenden orgelmaker overgeplaatst naar de Church of the Ascension in Southampton (Bitterne Park) Hampshire.
