In 1967 bouwde Georg Friedrich Steinmeyer & Co. een nieuw groot orgel voor de Christuskirche te Düren (Nordrhein-Westfalen) Duitsland. Het front is door Wolfgang Gesaenger ontworpen. Hans Dörr was adviseur bij de bouw. Het orgel is in 2002 door de firma Vleugels gerestaureerd. Het sleepladen-orgel heeft mechanische toetstractuur, elektrische registertractuur, 65 stemmen, 4 manualen en een vrij pedaal.
