Norman & Beard bouwde in 1900 een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel met pneumatische tractuur voor het pedaal, 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Church of Saint James in Brightlingsea (Essex) UK. Hill, Norman & Beard breidde het instrument in 1925 uit naar 12 stemmen en voerde in 1975 een restauratie uit.
