Eduard Schulze bouwde in 1862-1864 een nieuw orgel voor de Church of Saint Mary in South Shields-Tyne Dock (Durham). In 1874 werd door dezelfde orgelmaker de manuaalomvang uitgebreid en werd er een nieuw Swell geplaatst. Norman & Beard wijzigde in 1906 de dispositie. De kerk werd in 1979 gesloten. In datzelfde jaar is het orgel door Hill, Norman & Beard overgeplaatst naar Ellesmere College in Ellesmere (Shropshire). Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
