John Smith uit Bristol bouwde in 1828 een nieuw orgel voor de Holy Trinity Church in Ilfracombe (Devon) UK. Het is later diverse malen omgebouwd en uitgebreid. Tegenwoordig heeft het 37 stemmen, 3 manualen en een vrij pedaal. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf. Het instrument is helaas onbespeelbaar. Er staat een elektronium in de kerk voor de begeleiding van de kerkdiensten.
