In 1859 bouwde William Hedgeland een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel voor de Church of Saint Thomas, Orchard Street, Portman Square in Marylebone, een wijk van London. Dit instrument werd in 1897/1898 door J.W. Walker omgebouwd tot een drieklaviers pneumatisch kegelladen-orgel met 30 stemmen. In 1934 werd de kerk in Marylebone gesloten. Het orgel werd door J.W. Walker & Sons overgeplaatst naar de Church of Saint Thomas the Apostle in Hanwell, een andere wijk in London. Het orgel is herbouwd, de speeltafel werd vervangen door een nieuwe speeltafel met radiaal concaaf pedaal, de tractuur werd geëlektrificeerd, het Choir werd in een zwelkast geplaatst en er werden Tremulanten op het Choir en het Swell geplaatst. De Vox Humana van het Swell werd vervangen door een Contra Fagotto. Hiervan werd ook een transmissie naar het pedaal aangelegd. In 2016 heeft The Village Workshop het orgel met een aantal registers uitgebreid. De elektro-pneumatiek is vervangen door een nieuwe digitale tractuur.

The organ is equipped with 6 divisional pistons on each manual, 8 general pistons (both available over 10 levels) and a Continental-style stepper system. There is also a digital recorder (100 internal tracks) with USB expansion capability.
