T.C. Lewis & Co. bouwde in 1884 een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel met 3 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Church of Saint John the Evangelist in London (Stratford) Essex, UK. Hill, Norman & Beard bouwde het instrument in 1920 om waarbij de dispositie werd gewijzigd en uitgebreid tot 34 stemmen en pneumatische tractuur werd aangelegd. In 1988 liep het orgel waterschade op. Martin K. Cross repareerde daarna de windlade van het Great die beschadigd was geraakt. Dezelfde orgelmaker voerde in 2003 kleine reparaties uit. Martin K. Cross voerde in 2011 groot onderhoud uit. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.

Swell: C – c4 (61 toetsen) in zwelkast Double Dulciana 16′, Open Diapason 8′, Gamba 8′, Voix Celeste 8′, Rohr Flute 8′, Principal 4′, Fifteenth 2′, Double Trumpet 16′, Horn 8′, Oboe 8′, Vox Humana 8′, Clarion 4′, Tremulant.
Pedal: C – f1 (30 toetsen) Open Diapason 16′, Bourdon 16′, Principal 8′, Bass Flute 8′, Trombone 16′.
