In 1912 bouwde de firma Morton & Moody een een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel met pneumatische toetstractuur voor het pedaal. Het werd in de Church of Saint Peter in Maxey (Northamptonshire) geplaatst. Het is in 1981 omgebouwd door Pendlebury Organ Company. In 2013 volgde weer een ombouw door Holmes & Swift Organ Builders. Tegenwoordig is de toetstractuur van het pedaal elektro-pneumatisch.
