Giovanni Tamburini bouwde in 1967 opus 541. Een nieuw sleepladen-orgel met elektrische tractuur, 1424 pijpen, 19 stemmen, 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata in Porto Sant’Elpidio (Fermo) Marche, Italië. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf. Omstreeks 2006 voerde Formentelli een revisie en een herintonatie uit. Pierpaolo Pallotti reviseerde het orgel in 2022, waarbij het werd gewijzigd.

A organ with slider chests, electric action, 1,424 pipes, 19 stops, 2 manuals, and an independent pedal for the Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata in Porto Sant’Elpidio (Fermo) Marche, Italy. The pedalboard is radially concave. Around 2006, Formentelli carried out an overhaul and revoicing. Pierpaolo Pallotti overhauled the organ in 2022, during which it was modified.
