Gray & Davison bouwde in 1874 een nieuw orgel voor de Church of Saint Nicholas with Saint John and Saint Michael in Rossendale-Newchurch (Lancashire) UK. Het werd in 1877 gerepareerd, schoongemaakt en overgeplaatst binnen de kerk. Wadsworth & Co stemde het orgel in 1886. Ginns repareerde het orgel in 1893. Abbott & Smith renoveerde het instrument in 1907 en breidde het uit tot 34 stemmen, 3 manualen en een vrij pedaal.
