Het elektro-pneumatische Rooseveltladen-orgel met gedecoreerde frontpijpen in de kathedraal in Syracuse (New York) is in 1892 gebouwd als opus 520 door Frank Roosevelt. Het orgel werd bespeeld door onder andere Alexandre Guilmant. In 1973 was het instrument onbespeelbaar. In 1980-1981 werd het gerestaureerd en uitgebreid door de Schantz Organ Company als opus 1594 van deze firma.
In 2014 is het orgel gerestaureerd door de firma Kerner & Merchant. Eris een nieuwe console geplaatst met moderne technieken, waaronder MIDI en een uitgebreid computergestuurd registratiegeheugen.
Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
