George Sixsmith bouwde in 1988 een nieuw unit-orgel met elektrische tractuur, 8 grondstemmen waarvan 26 registers zijn afgeleid, 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Church of Saint Nicholas in Wrea Green (Lancashire) UK. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf. De toonhoogte is a’ = 440 Hz. De stemmingstemperatuur is evenredig zwevend.
