Hele & Co bouwde in een onbekend jaar een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel met 20 stemmen, 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Unitarian Church (South Street) Exeter. In 1987 plaatste Michael Farley het instrument over naar de Church of Saint John the Baptist in Broadclyst (Devon) UK. Daarbij werden 3 nieuwe registers geplaatst.
