Karl II Reinisch bouwde in 1909 opus 106. Een nieuw pneumatisch taschenladen-orgel met 25 (24) stemmen, 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal in de kas van het vorige orgel uit 1858/1859 van Josef Sies. Het is geplaatst in de Katholische Pfarrkirche Mariä Himmelfahrt in Sarnthein (Bolzano) Südtirol, Italië. De orgelkas is ontworpen door de architect Michael Stolz uit Innsbruck, die ook de kerk ontworpen heeft.

Pedal (C-d’): 27 toetsen Principalbass 16′, Violonbass 16′, Subbass 16′, Bourdonbass 16′ – transmissie, Octavbass 8′, Cello 8′, Posaune 16′.
