Nicholson & Lord bouwde omstreeks 1876 een nieuw éénklaviers orgel met een radiaal pedaal, mechanische tractuur en sleepladen voor de Church of Saint Stephen in Buckhurst Hill. Het instrument is in later jaren flink omgebouwd. De tractuur is tegenwoordig of elektrisch of elektro-pneumatisch.

Manual: C – g3 (in zwelkast) Open Diapason 8′, Stopped Diapason 8′, Dulciana 8′ (grooved), Principal 4′, Wald Flute 4′, Fifteenth 2′, Spare.
Pedal: C – e1 Bourdon 16′.
Couplers: Great to Pedal.
Accessories: Lever Swell pedal, 1 toe pedal giving St Diap and Dulciana, 1 toe pedal giving Full Great.
