James J. Binns bouwde omstreeks 1910 een nieuw pneumatisch kegelladen-orgel met 19 stemmen, 2 manualen en een vrij pedaal voor de Church of Saint Paul in Clitheroe (Low Moor) Lancashire, UK. George Sixsmith heeft later in een onbekend jaar de tractuur geëlektrificeerd. De stemmingstemperatuur is evenredig zwevend. De toonhoogte is a’ = 440 Hz. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf.
