F.W. Nicholson bouwde in 1860 een nieuw mechanisch sleepladen-orgel voor de Church of Saint Michael in Kirkham (Lancashire) UK. In 1905 verving Harrison & Harrison dit instrument door een nieuw kegelladen-orgel met pneumatische toetstractuur, mechanische registertractuur, 25 stemmen, 3 manualen en een vrij pedaal. Veel pijpwerk van Nicholson werd overgenomen. In 1979 restaureerde Pendlebury Organ Co uit Cleveleys de pneumatische tractuur. Het pedaalklavier is radiaal concaaf. De toonhoogte is a’ = 440 Hz. De stemmingstemperatuur is evenredig zwevend.

Pedal: C – f1 (30 toetsen) Harmonic Bass 32′, Open Wood 16′ (deels oud), Sub Bass 16′ (deels oud), Octave 8′ (18 vanaf Open Wood), Ophicleide 16′.
