Het mechanische sleepladen-orgel in de Church of Saint Mary in Mildenhall is in 1865 door Father Willis gebouwd. De huidige opbouw is in 1904 bij een verbouwing door de firma Willis & Sons ontstaan. In 1995 restaureerde de firma Hill, Norman & Beard het orgel. Daarbij is de Gamba 8′ van Great door een nieuwe Mixture vervangen. Ook werd de tractuur van het pedaal geëlektrificeerd.
