The organ in the Cathedral Church of Saintes (Charente-Maritime (17)) is a piece of work by Je(h)an Ourry, built in the years 1626-1627. The organ with mechanical action and slider chests was restored in 1979 by Pierre Céron and in 1985 by Yves Sévère. About a third of the pipework is made in 1627.
